Live pitch practice for SDRs

Reps don't get
good alone.

Circleback drops you into a small group of SDRs who meet twice a week to run pitches, swap notes, and run them back. Live on camera. No coaches. No AI judging you. Just five people who get it.

How a circle runs

One circle, five reps,
twice a week, forever.

Circles meet on a fixed cadence with the same five people. You'll know who's joining before you log on, what scenario you're running, and exactly who's giving you notes. Predictable is the point.
/ 01

Match into your five.

Tell us your stack, your stage, and how long you've been doing this. We match you with four reps who are roughly where you are.

/ 02

Show up on the cadence.

Two 30-minute sessions a week, same time, same room. Camera on. We send a quick scenario brief 10 minutes before you start.

/ 03

Run the reps.

Cold opens. Discovery. Objection handling. Real deals you brought from your pipeline. Two minutes on the clock, three rounds, rotate who's pitching.

/ 04

Get notes you'll use.

Peers score you on a four-axis rubric and drop written notes in the room. You walk out with two things to try Monday morning — not a 12-page report.

The drill book

The reps that
actually move numbers.

Every session rotates through a different drill. They're short, opinionated, and built around the moments SDRs actually break — the first twelve seconds, the brush-off, the discovery dead-end.
/ Cold open

The first twelve seconds.

Earn the next sentence. Two minutes on the clock, a hostile prospect, no warm-up. The drill that 80% of reps lose before they realize they've started.

2 MIN · 3 ROUNDS40+ scenarios
/ Discovery

Ask the second question.

Anyone can ask the first one. The drill is the follow-up — the one that turns a vague "we're looking at a few things" into something you can quote in CRM.

5 MIN · 2 ROUNDS25+ scenarios
/ Objection

Handle the brush-off.

"Send me an email." "Not interested." "We already have a tool." Peer plays the prospect. You get one shot to keep them on the line without sounding desperate.

90 SEC · 5 ROUNDS60+ objections
/ Live deal

Bring something real.

A live deal from your pipeline. Tell your circle the context, role-play the next conversation. They'll find the soft spot before your prospect does.

10 MIN · 1 ROUNDYou bring it
/ Demo dry-run

Pitch the product.

Five minutes, no slides allowed, just words. If you can sell it without screenshare, you can sell it with one. Peers play "skeptical Director."

5 MIN · 2 ROUNDSYour product
/ Close

Ask for the meeting.

The line where most reps shrink. Drill the ask itself — the wording, the silence after, the calendar move. Practiced muscle, not improv courage.

Inside the app

You log in, you
see what's next.

Your dashboard surfaces one thing: the next rep on your calendar. Below it: how your circle is showing up, how you're doing, what to bring. No streaks, no XP — just the work, in order.

Cold open drill — series B SaaS scenarios

You're pitching first. Solène plays the prospect (hostile, ~12s window). Three rounds, two minutes each.

By the numbers

It works because
it just keeps happening.

We don't promise pipeline. We promise reps — actual reps, on camera, twice a week. The numbers below are what comes out of that habit after the first month.
92%
of reps are still showing up to their circle at week 8.
14k
live reps logged across all circles this quarter.
2×
meetings booked per week reported in member surveys.
4.8/5
average peer rating reps give the notes they receive.
From the circles

The people in the
rooms, in their words.

SDRs say nice things sometimes. We left in the parts that sounded honest.

I booked a meeting Monday using a cold open I'd tried out Friday night with my circle. The line landed because I'd already been laughed at for the worse version of it.

My manager listens to my calls for like 30 minutes a week. My circle listens for two hours and they actually want me to get better, not just hit a number.

The first place I've practiced where nobody pretends to be the prospect from hell. Real objections, real awkward pauses, real notes. I run reps the same way I run miles now.
